Property plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also contained in this latest document disclosure seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and features a notes section labelling distinct parts of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as layouts for dock shelters.
Additional images released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
